Routines

During my wellness journey routines became a huge part of correcting behaviours and taking care of myself! I always found myself giving so much to others and not taking the time to care for myself. In the long run my body just can’t handle it and it needs TLC. This is when I decided to research everything about wellness and self development and along this research routines were the game changer.

Everyone has different parts of themselves that they want to develop. For myself I wanted to focus on:

– Taking care of my heart; since I would always give much more then I would receive in love.

– Getting the right amount of sleep; avoiding dark circles under my eyes.

– Learning more about myself and of what I want and need.

So I put together my full proof routines that made a massive impact on how I felt when I woke up.
