Level 1 Meditation

Congratulations!

You have moved forward in your meditation practices. This is a huge accomplishment and you have now seen at least slight benefits from meditations that range from 5minutes – 20minutes.

Now lets expand our mind and awareness to what we need to heal. Meditation is about expanding your knowledge and learning about yourself and increasing your vibration. Our world has been surrounded with an abundance of negative vibrations from the new social norms to military explosions that ripple through our universe. What we release into this world is what will be reflected back.

Meditating seems to difficult because we are used to life being tough and conusming however; meditation at this level has one simple task. BREATHE.The only thing that you need to be focusing on is breathing out through your nose and in through your mouth and feeling your stomach expand and deflate back to normal. Now why this seems so difficult is simply because we have trained our brains to think of everything except the present moment. As you meditate you likely are thinking of things that are on your mind or the most abstract thoughts that have no relevance to your life. I am talking about that one time with that one person that you said that one thing, it’s not relevant and your brain is just wandering. This is okay! and is very normal and everyone goes through this, all you need to do is remember is this one concept. Meditating is like watching a movie with your eyes closed but your only job is to breathe in and out; that’s it.

STEP 1:

  • Breathe In and out while feeling your stomach expand and shrink back to normal.

STEP 2:

  • Understand that it is OKAY! for your brain to have a million thoughts while you’re trying to have your “me time”
  • Allow yourself to image these thoughts as a film in the background of your head and remember your only job is to focus on your breathing.

 

Increase your vibration and allow the abundance of the universe to work with you not against.
